The Hunt - Deer Only Our hunts start early in the morning after breakfast, about 45 minutes before day break. Our guests will be dropped off fairly close to their stand and then will walk to ensure not to spook any nearby deer. We have several UHF radios for all of our guests, so if you decide to stay out longer, you can. We pick up at 10:30-11:00 am for lunch and then back out until dark. Size of game is NOT guaranteed. All hunters must have a valid NC Hunting License and abide by all NC Hunting Regulations. Out of state guests are able to purchase a license at a local business (a local Wal-Mart) upon arrival or visit the North Carolina Resource website. Our Stands All guests may choose the stand location based on what type of hunting area they desire. Our stands consist of Towers, Zman Ladders, Tripods, Boxstands, and Climbers. They are located over food plots, creek bottoms, and fields. Taxidermy Local Taxidermists are available upon request. They are located several miles away from the lodge, but will be glad to assist you in any way. |
